From 2002. he is a member of the Film Critics’ Association within the Romanian Filmmakers’ Union (UCIN), the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI), the Federation of Film Critics of Europe and the Mediterranean (FEDEORA), and the European Film Academy (EFA). He has collaborated, mainly as a programmer, with various film festivals in Romania. He served as a critics’ jury member in several major international film festivals (Berlin, Busan, Karlovy Vary, Pula, Stockholm, Warsaw, etc.). He collaborates with various Romanian and international print and online publications. Between 2012 and 2020, he worked for the Romanian National Film Archive (ANF), mainly as a director and programmer of the Romanian Cinematheque in Bucharest.
