Jelena Mitrović (1977) graduated in Film and TV Production at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. By 2023, she had produced more than 30 feature films, several documentaries and short films. Among other things, she produced the films The Trap directed by Srdan Golubović (2007, Berlinale Forum, film won 22 international awards and entered the shortlist of nine films for the Oscar for the Best Foreign Film), Clip directed by Maja Miloš (Tiger Award at the international film festival in Rotterdam 2012), the short animated film Rabbitland directed by Nikola Majdak and Ana Nedeljković (Crystal Bear at the Berlinale 2013, in the Generation 14+ program), Circles directed by Srdan Golubović (Special Jury Prize at Sundance FF, Ecumenical Jury Prize Berlinale Forum 2013) and the latest the feature film Father by director Srdan Golubović, which won the Ecumenical Jury Award and the Audience Award at the Berlinale, Panorama section 2020. The films she produced were screened at more than 900 festivals worldwide and won 200 international film awards. She was chosen as a member of the prestigious international network „Producer's on the Move“ at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010. He is a member of the European Film Academy and the board of directors of the Ace Producers network. He is an associate professor at the Department of FTV Production, Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.
