Laza, master’s degree in the filmmaking sector, studied at La FÉMIS at Paris. In 2006, he created the annual festival Rencontres du film court de Madagasikara (RFC) in which he is still the director. With his production company RoziFilms, he does a lot of executive production and produces most of the young Malagasy directors for the last 15 years. He is very much involved in the renaissance of cinema in Madagascar (creation of the SERASARY Fund in 2011, production of CINEMALAGASY, Project Manager of the rehabilitation of the municipal cinema of the city of Anta nanarivo, ...). President of APASER (The Pan-African Alliance of Screenwriters and Directors).
